Acrisure is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager - Small Group to join their team in San Diego, CA. The role involves assisting in the setup of new groups and ongoing maintenance in the web portal and online enrollment system.
About the Role
As an Employee Benefits Account Manager, you will be responsible for system builds, renewal updates, and troubleshooting the Employee Navigator system. You will work with outside vendors for filing and reporting, assist in onboarding new clients, and ensure the functionality of the online enrollment system. Your role will also include performing audits, managing discrepancy reports, and supporting internal and external software systems.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of technical employee benefits experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred:
- Life/Health Agent License.
- Understanding of Benefit Administration.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn various software applications.
