About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8 or more years in employee engagement, community engagement, talent development or related field.
- 3 or more years of experience leading projects or people in an employee experience related role.
- Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility and philanthropic best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis using Excel.
- Experience working with cross-function teams including senior executives, HRBPs and community partners.
- Ability to drive measurable impact in employee engagement.
- Experience managing a charitable foundation including strategic planning and fundraising.
