About the Role
As an Electrophysiology Tech, you will analyze and interpret procedural data, provide effective patient care, assist in precepting new employees and students, maintain inventory, and participate in quality assurance programs. You will also be responsible for administering medications, operating electrophysiology support equipment, and conducting resuscitative efforts in emergencies.
About You
Required:
- BLS Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification by the end of the orientation period.
- Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist with experience in Electrophysiology.
- PALS certification if working in a pediatric lab.
Preferred:
- Completion of Cardiovascular Technology program.
