About the Role
As an Electrophysiology Lab Technologist, you will assist invasive cardiologists in diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures, prepare patients and procedure rooms, assist in analytical calculations, monitor and maintain equipment, and perform emergency patient care management. You will also provide expertise in specialized technology and procedures related to Electrophysiology.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification within 90 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Registered Cardiovascular Technologist preferred.
- RCES certification required within 3 years of hire or placement.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Lab, or Special Procedures area preferred.
