About the Role
As an Electrician for Residential Projects, you will be responsible for installing and repairing electrical equipment and fixtures, installing various types of raceway and cable tray systems, troubleshooting residential custom homes and production type homes, performing routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems, and adhering to all quality and safety codes. Knowledge of alarm systems, home automation, and audio/video systems is a plus.
About You
Required:
- At least 3 years of previous experience in electrical installation.
- Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Good knowledge of NEC electrical code and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience with alarm systems.
- Knowledge of home automation and audio/video systems.
