About the Role
As an Electrical Engineering Technician, you will be responsible for testing and verifying electronic products, operating and maintaining test equipment, assisting with test planning and execution, troubleshooting and debugging electronic components, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining test systems, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as an electronics technician or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with electronic testing and circuitry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
Preferred:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to balance a customer-advocate mentality with business needs.
- Results-oriented; capable of overcoming resistance and obstacles.
- Strong need to deliver and meet personal and team commitments; takes personal accountability for meeting objectives.
- Certification in Quality Assurance or related fields is a plus.
