About You
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in electronics or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably with supervisory responsibility.
- Knowledge of UL standards, energy efficiency regulations, and compliance procedures.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, test reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong background in electrical diagnostics and transformer systems.
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to train and mentor staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
