About the Role
As an Elder Law Probate Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice on elder law, probate, estate planning, guardianship, and Medicaid matters. You will represent clients in legal proceedings, conduct legal research, draft and review estate planning documents, educate clients on their legal options, manage a caseload, and build client relationships.
About You
Required:
- Florida Bar license required.
- Minimum 5 years experience in elder law and probate.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for court hearings as needed.
Preferred:
- Spanish language skills or an existing client base would be advantageous.
