North American Dental Group (NADG) is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA I) to join their team in Loganville, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care and assisting in various dental procedures.
About the Role
As an EFDA I, you will assist doctors with charting, placement of fillings, operatory set/clean up, and patient education. You will perform expanded duties in compliance with state regulations, assist in clinical procedures, record and review patient health histories, and update treatment plans under the doctor's direction.
About You
Required:
- EFDA Certification or on-the-job training required per state requirements.
- Radiography licensure for respective state requirements.
- CPR Certification is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental charting software and digital x-rays.
Preferred:
- 1-5 years of experience preferred; will consider new graduates.
