About the Role
As an Editorial Assistant, you will assist the editorial teams in various tasks including publishing new content, updating existing articles for accuracy and SEO, and managing compliance requirements. You will be responsible for formatting posts, creating visuals, and ensuring the quality of content. The role requires adaptability to handle ad hoc tasks and a collaborative approach to work closely with the editorial team.
About You
Required:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting editorial or digital content teams in an assistant or production role.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Docs/Sheets, and basic content formatting (including light HTML).
- Familiarity with basic SEO practices.
- 1+ years supporting editorial or content production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong communication and time management skills.
- High level of comfort with learning and adapting to new systems, workflows, and tools.
- An open mind around the implementation of AI in your personal workflow and in content creation.
Benefits
- Base salary of $35,000 to $55,000 per year.
