About the Role
As a Dutching Operator, you will be responsible for running multiple alkalization and grinding systems, monitoring processes to ensure quality standards, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene requirements. You will also collaborate with co-workers and perform additional duties as needed.
About You
Required:
- Ability to operate machinery and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain documentation for quality control.
Preferred:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in food production.
- Familiarity with FDA HACCP guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
