- High school diploma or GED.
- Current WA Nursing Assistant Registration (NAR) or Nursing Assistant Certification (NAC/CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA).
- Experience in direct care of individuals with behavioral health issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
