About the Role
About You
- High School diploma or GED.
- Certification as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor by a California Regulatory Agency.
- Minimum one year of experience in Drug and Alcohol counseling.
- Familiarity with HIPAA/client confidentiality and personal rights.
- Valid License and/or certification in drug and alcohol counseling.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid Driver’s License and insurable under Sierra Health and Wellness automobile insurance policy.
- Two to five years of experience in drug and alcohol counseling.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
