About the Role
As a Donor Testing Technician I, you will be responsible for accurately performing serologic testing for markers of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, HTLV, syphilis, CMV, and other viral screening assays. You will handle specimen processing, maintain quality control, report test results, and ensure compliance with laboratory procedures. The position requires excellent customer service skills and adherence to safety protocols while working in a laboratory environment.
About You
Required:
- BS degree in chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory sciences with minimum requirement of 6 credits of biology and 6 credits of chemistry completed.
- Graduate of CLIA approved degree program with laboratory experience.
Preferred:
- Attention to detail and accurate transcription of numbers.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
