About the Role

As a Donor Acquisition Specialist, you will greet donors, accept donations, maintain accurate records, and assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise. You will also ensure the safety and security of team members and property, perform janitorial work, and adhere to all policies and procedures to maximize profitability and enhance the mission of Goodwill Houston.

About You

Required:

Previous customer service experience.
Ability to communicate and interact well with a variety of personality types.
Excellent customer service skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Reliable transportation.

Preferred:

Retail sales experience.
