About the Role
As a DOLA Homeless Systems Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing data products such as dashboards, reports, and visual summaries to help stakeholders understand performance and outcomes from the Colorado Homeless Management Information System (COHMIS). Your daily tasks will include developing and maintaining data dashboards, producing reports, implementing data workflows, and ensuring data quality and compliance with privacy standards.
About You
Required:
- Five (5) years experience processing and analyzing data for program implementation, policy analysis, or process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functionalities.
Preferred:
- Experience with data management and reporting in homeless services or nonprofit direct service.
- Ability to produce recurring and ad hoc reports by extracting, formatting, and validating data.
