Summary
Epiq is seeking a Document Services Specialist - 2nd Shift to join their team in the Greater Phoenix Area. The role involves performing document control by creating, reviewing, and editing documents prior to them being sent to clients.
About the Role
As a Document Services Specialist, you will be responsible for processing requests, creating and revising work products, proofreading documents for accuracy, converting documents to standard formats, and maintaining confidentiality. You will also provide excellent customer service, participate in departmental training, and assist with various projects and initiatives.
About You
Required:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 1-year experience in a legal document production environment and/or legal secretarial experience.
- Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Skilled in spelling, grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and proofreading.
Preferred:
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Familiarity with legal terminology.
- Ability to excel under pressure within established timeframes.
