About the Role
As the Director, you will lead the Market Risk stress testing program, develop stress testing methodologies, and facilitate strategic discussions to evolve the stress testing framework. You will analyze new product requests, summarize findings, and provide analytical expertise on trading market risk activities. Additionally, you will manage a high-performing team, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and fostering an innovative environment.
About You
Required:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Market Risk or related control functions.
- Prior experience with stress scenario design and analysis.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in managing complex infrastructure changes.
- Experience working with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
