About You
- Bachelor's degree is required; Business or Human Resources degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a Recruiter in financial services; 2+ years of experience in wealth management.
- Ability to work in ATS systems and LinkedIn Recruiter with strong documentation and project strategy skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work across multiple lines of business.
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Benefits
- Starting base salary range: $125k - $175k.
