About the Role
As the Director of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for designing and executing scalable supply chain strategies, leading and mentoring the operations team, overseeing the S&OP process, collaborating with various departments, optimizing inventory strategies, negotiating contracts, leveraging data and technology, tracking supply chain KPIs, driving cost-saving initiatives, and identifying operational risks.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering or Finance.
- 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with Global supply chain.
- Strong negotiation, contract management and supplier relationship management skills.
Preferred:
- MBA.
- Experience in managing and implementing S&OP process.
- Experience in ERP/MRP systems (Prophet 21, SQL, Smoothie).
- Supply chain certifications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
