About You
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with complex matrix organizations and building trusting relationships.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred, to be obtained within 3 years of employment.
- Experience with Rapid Cycle PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma or IHI Model for Improvement.
