DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Director, Product to join their team in Denver, CO. The role involves leading the strategy for patient-facing digital applications and guiding a team of Product Managers to deliver impactful solutions.
About the Role
As the Director of Product Management, Patient, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your Product Team. You will translate strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps, establish measurable OKRs, and lead execution across multiple applications. Your responsibilities include mentoring a team of Product Managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and championing product discovery to validate usability and feasibility.
About You
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree.
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in an agile environment, focused on digital products.
- 5+ years of people management experience with demonstrated success in hiring and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level stakeholders.
- Experience leading product vision, strategy, and outcomes across multiple focus areas.
- Exceptional problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience building health tech products.
- Deep understanding of DaVita's business, healthcare, and product management.
