About the Role

As the Director, Pricing Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for creating pricing strategies for in-line and pipeline products, managing pricing for assigned products, collaborating with various teams to develop contract proposals, and staying updated on government policy proposals that may impact the pharmaceutical industry. You will also conduct pricing research, develop financial models, and provide insights to shape commercialization strategies.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or related field.
A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical pricing, contracting, strategy development, and financial modeling.
Strong analytical, quantitative analysis, and financial modeling skills.
Deep understanding of the US healthcare system and payer reimbursement methodologies.

Preferred:

Advanced degree, e.g., MBA.
Experience launching new products across multiple therapeutic areas.
