About the Role

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.

- Proven track record of leading and scaling technical recruiting teams within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
- Expertise in the AI, cloud, or high-performance computing space with a strong industry network.
- Data-driven leadership using metrics to inform strategy and decisions.
- Deep understanding of recruiting best practices from sourcing to negotiation.

- Strategic thinker balancing day-to-day execution with long-term planning.
