About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for maintaining and implementing nursing policies, communicating with staff, monitoring clinical quality indicators, promoting teamwork, and coordinating quality assurance activities. You will also assist in preparing staff for inspection surveys and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
About You
Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed by the State Board of Nursing in Massachusetts
- At least five years of experience in a long-term care setting, with 3-5 years as a Director of Nursing
- Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long term care
- Must be an experienced leader with strong clinical skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
- Excellent communication skills

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
