Regular travel to field locations is required to build relationships and ensure consistent implementation of organizational policies.

About You

Required:

8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with proven hands-on leadership.
Multi-site retail HR experience is essential.
Strong background in employee retention initiatives.
Willingness to travel to field locations regularly.

Preferred:

Open to experienced HR Managers ready to move into a Director role.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and ADP.
Bachelor’s degree, SHRM certification, and supervisory experience.
