About the Role
As the Director of Global Real Estate, you will partner with the VP to define and execute a real estate strategy for over 3,000 stores globally. You will lead the execution of 800+ annual projects, manage major deals, and optimize processes across various operating models. Additionally, you will conduct fleet performance reviews, develop market mapping capabilities, and provide tools and training to local teams.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate management or consulting.
- Experience engaging with multiple management levels, from C-suite leaders to individual contributors.
- Ability to conduct complex analysis and present insights clearly.
- Experience partnering with senior executives to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
- Possess a global perspective with proven ability to scale programs effectively.
- International experience.
