As the Director of Digital Experience, you will lead the digital strategy with a comprehensive view of the patient journey, identify opportunities for platform improvement, and drive data-driven decision-making. You will manage and mentor product roles, foster a culture of continuous learning, and oversee the enhancement of digital touchpoints. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to meet roadmap milestones and improve patient engagement.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Strategy, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in digital experience leadership, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries.
Proven track record in user experience design, product strategy, and digital engagement.
Strong knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements impacting digital healthcare solutions.
Experience managing and growing design teams.
Expertise in usability testing, design validation, and data-driven design improvements.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in digital healthcare platforms or patient support programs.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, survey tools, and data analytics platforms.
Background in agile product development and collaboration with engineering teams.
Knowledge of hub services market trends and competitive landscape.
