About the Role
As the Director of Civil Engineering, you will lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, coordinate new business partnerships, and supervise engineering staff to ensure performance excellence.
About You
Required:
- Professional Engineering License (NJ minimum).
- Experience in civil engineering project management.
Preferred:
- Coastal permitting and municipal experience.
- Experience working with diverse clients in both public and private sectors.
