About the Role
As the Director of Brand & Creative, you will lead the concepting and execution of high-impact brand campaigns, manage a creative team, and integrate AI into the creative process. You will ensure brand execution aligns with strategy, maintain brand guidelines, and create compelling narratives for enterprise audiences.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design roles, and leadership at high-growth or design-forward companies.
- Proven ability to partner with Marketing on brand strategy and translate positioning into world-class creative work.
- Strong portfolio showing brand campaigns, design systems, and cross-channel creative.
Preferred:
- Experience designing with AI tools and curiosity for how AI transforms creative workflows.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
