About You
- 5+ years demonstrated financial services leadership experience with individual investment products and RIA services including mutual funds, ETFs, annuities and managed accounts.
- Strong understanding of retirement advice vendors and tools.
- Experience working with qualified plan sponsors and participants regarding retirement planning services.
- Strong communication skills, able to speak effectively to a variety of audiences including directs, business partners, plan sponsors, advisors and Sr Leadership.
- Ability to lead and drive results.
- Strong attention to detail and enterprise project-management skills.
- Comfort with taking ownership of projects and tasks from beginning to end.
