Summary
Novartis is seeking a Director, IDS Functional Reporting to join their team in East Hanover, NJ. The role involves leading the ARIA Functional Reporting Center of Excellence and driving actionable insights through data analytics.
About the Role
As the Director, IDS Functional Reporting, you will be responsible for managing a team of over 25 FTEs, building relationships with stakeholders, translating business challenges into data insights, and overseeing the delivery of automated dashboards. You will also manage the department budget and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area; MBA or Advanced degree in a quantitative subject preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a product owner in agile or scrum, business analyst, or system analyst.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Patient Services or Market Access in the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated experience in delivering real-time operational insights in patient services and reimbursement operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop people and manage multiple projects.
