Actively AI is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales to join their team in New York, NY. The role involves building and leading a team of Enterprise Account Executives and shaping the enterprise sales strategy.
About the Role
As the Director, Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and coaching a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives. You will drive a culture of excellence in outbound prospecting and pipeline development, optimize the enterprise sales process, and partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Additionally, you will lead high-value deals, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve the sales playbook.
About You
Required:
2+ years managing Enterprise AE teams at a high-growth startup or scale-up.
8+ years total experience in SaaS sales, with at least 4 years selling into enterprise organizations.
A track record of hiring and developing top-tier sales talent.
Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies and pipeline management.
Strong communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for building from scratch.
Preferred:
Startup DNA — you’re scrappy, proactive, and biased toward action.
History of exceeding targets and leading teams to outsized results.
