Summary
MassMutual is seeking a Director, Enrollment Technology Strategy & Execution to lead the development and implementation of an efficient enrollment technology ecosystem in Springfield, MA.
About the Role
As the Director of Enrollment Technology Strategy and Execution, you will be responsible for developing the Enrollment Technology strategy, providing strategic direction for enrollment technology, serving as a key resource on enrollment technology processes, and managing a team responsible for EDI production and support. You will collaborate with internal partners to streamline processes, support new business development, and ensure high-quality execution of technology-supported business processes.
About You
Required:
- 8+ years of Strategic Leadership experience focused on enrollment platform technology and processes.
- 2+ years of Insurance Industry experience with a focus on Insurance benefits and/or Group and Worksite benefits.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to reconcile competing priorities.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
