About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional I, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and welfare of individuals served, assisting with medication and treatment plans, supporting daily life activities, and maintaining the home environment. You will also implement behavioral programs, assist with money management, and provide transportation as needed.
About You
Required:
- At least 21 years of age due to auto liability coverage.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Meet and maintain all requirements of the applicable state agency(ies), including good standing with state abuse and neglect registry.
- Ability to learn basic computer skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a direct support worker.
