About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional I, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of youth, cultivating a therapeutic treatment milieu, maintaining appropriate boundaries, and participating in the upkeep of the facility. You will document client care, conduct intakes, and implement therapeutic treatment plans while working collaboratively with a team to support the emotional and social growth of the youth.
About You
Required:
- Experience with youth required.
- Ability to compose oneself with professionalism and ethical practice.
- Proof of a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical aspects of the job including active client engagement.
Preferred:
- Group experience with youth.
- Ability to build rapport and work effectively with others.
Benefits
- Pay: $19.00 per hour.
- Bonus: $2,500 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months).
- Flexible schedule with shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesday.
