As a Direct Support Professional 2, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, providing skills training, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your duties will include supporting individuals with medical, clinical, and financial needs, transporting them to various activities, and maintaining documentation. You will also develop positive relationships with guardians and family members while fostering independence in the individuals you support.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; Associates or DSP Certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
