- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Access to a cell phone.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities.
- Background in education, teaching, or caregiving.

WHO WE ARE Customized Options was founded in 2005 to serve the needs of neurodiverse people who live in our communities. That includes individuals living with autism, and others who may mentally process information in a way that is not typical of most individuals. OUR APPROACH We take an individualized approach to achieving this vision, developing comprehensive programs tailored – in effect, “customized” – for each individual client. We seek to expand opportunities for the people we serve, and we strive to let our clients live their lives as autonomously as possible, moving freely in the community, actively engaged in work, volunteering, learning, working out, socializing and other activities.
