About the Role
As a Digital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing clear direction and managing performance for direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders. You will ensure digital tools are effectively integrated and aligned with business objectives, monitor platform performance, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business needs. Additionally, you will establish KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize systems based on user feedback.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred for senior roles).
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing digital tools/platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM, analytics, automation tools).
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems (e.g., websites, email platforms, dealer/customer portals).
- Experience with digital integration and system optimization.
- Competency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.).
- Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
- Experience with lifecycle planning and tool adoption strategies.
- Strong focus on user experience, process efficiency, and measurable impact.
