Summary
RTX is seeking a Digital Lead - Records & Information Management to join their Corporate team in a hybrid role based in North Carolina. The position involves supporting the usage of digital systems and repositories for managing records and information.
About the Role
As the Digital Lead, you will be responsible for establishing digital requirements for electronic storage repositories, reviewing tools and systems, and collaborating with various functions to create an inventory of systems used for Records and Information storage. Your role will involve supporting the usage of digital systems and applications that contain Records and Non-Records.
About You
Required:
- A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years’ prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years' experience.
- 5+ years experience with electronic repositories for management and long-term storage of information.
- 5+ years experience with records management software and document management systems.
- Experience working collaboratively in a highly federated and regulated environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred:
- Core area(s) of experience essential to performing this role include, but are not limited to, digital technology, information security, and business operations.
- Demonstrated leadership capacity, strategic vision, and ability to improve existing processes and practices.
- Superior program, management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Team building and influencing skills.
- Strong business acumen.
