About the Role
As a Digital Associate, Consumer Marketing, you will act as a primary liaison between Partner Marketing and Growth Marketing, ensuring client requests are met efficiently. Your responsibilities include stakeholder collaboration, executing custom campaigns, optimizing processes for scalability, and analyzing campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (agency, client-side, or B2B/B2C marketing).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms like HubSpot, Iterable, Mailchimp).
- Strong project management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Partner Marketing, Creative, and Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in marketing automation and workflow optimization.
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in marketing operations or lifecycle marketing.
- Experience within a Health-Tech or Virtual Health environment.
