You will ensure the safe handling and preparation of food, follow menus and recipes, and deliver quality meals and customer service to enhance the dining experience for residents. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing long-term care is essential.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Up to 2 years of experience in dietary management or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing dietary operations in a long-term care setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary guidelines.
