About the Role
As a Dialysis Technician, you will be responsible for direct one-on-one patient care, ensuring safe and hygienic dialysis treatment. Your duties will include preparing equipment, monitoring patients during treatment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will work closely with a cross-functional team and may be required to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working around blood and needles.
- Ability to work long hours on your feet.
Preferred:
- Health care experience including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification.
- Experience in high-stress and fast-paced environments.
