About the Role
As a Device and Process Development Intern, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated wafer-level processes, performing device characterization using RF/microwave test equipment, troubleshooting processes, and executing fab engineering trials. You will work on projects involving various semiconductor processing techniques and data analysis using software tools.
About You
Required:
- Currently pursuing a MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Self-starter with good problem-solving skills and interests for hands-on work in a clean room facility.
- Knowledge of semiconductor devices and their characterization, including DC and RF.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
- PhD preferred.
- Exposure to GaN or GaAs processing and device.
- Experience with standard processing techniques (PVD, CVD, lithography, dry/wet etch, CMP).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
