About You
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, real estate development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Development, architecture, construction, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of the development process, including entitlements, design, permitting, scheduling, and construction.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements in the NY region.
