- 5+ years of experience in footwear design with proven abilities in casual and dress shoe categories.
- Ability to sketch both technical drawings and freeform sketches and renderings.
- Experience in developing product directly with factories; understanding development from concept through manufacturing.
- Exceptional proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and efficiently and with tight deadlines.
- Understanding of the Coach aesthetic.
