Summary
Telamon is seeking a Designer II, A&E to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves the timely and accurate completion of moderate to advanced complexity construction drawings for telecommunication projects.
About the Role
As a Designer II, A&E, you will convert field notes and sketches into working construction drawings using AutoCAD, revise drawings per customer specifications, and collaborate with structural and A&E groups. You will manage project timelines, perform detailed checks on work, and may need to conduct site visits for documentation.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency with AutoCAD required; experience with AutoCAD 2015 or newer preferred.
- 3-6 years of telecom CAD design experience preferred, alternately 4-8 years of CAD design experience in a related field.
Preferred:
- Associate’s degree involving drafting and architecture/engineering preferred.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
