Delphi is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves shaping the core user experience of their Consumer Platform by designing and building user interfaces.
About the Role
As a Design Engineer, you will own key pieces of the user journey, bringing ideas from concept to launch and shaping how users interact with digital minds. Your responsibilities will include designing and building the UI/UX of Delphi Studio, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and creating beautiful consumer interfaces that redefine user interaction with AI.
About You
Required:
- Strong track record of shipping multi-faceted products with exceptional UI/UX.
- Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind).
- Proven ability to take ownership of product features from concept to launch.
- Strong design sensibilities and attention to visual/interaction details.
- Experience building responsive, performant web applications.
- Self-starter mindset with excellent product intuition.
- Ability to work in undefined problem spaces.
Preferred:
- Experience with Python backend development.
- Experience with mobile app development.
