About the Role
As a Design Engineer for Kitchen Electrics, you will work closely with industrial designers and product developers to create innovative kitchen products. Your responsibilities will include applying engineering principles, creating test plans, analyzing consumer products, and overseeing the product lifecycle from design to launch. You will also communicate with overseas manufacturing to ensure product quality and performance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 3+ years of mechanical design experience.
- 3+ years of consumer product engineering experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals such as heat transfers, mechanics of material, and precision of fabric.
- Experience in DFM and DFA.
- Proficiency in Solidworks to create efficient assemblies.
Preferred:
- Team player.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects and tasks at a time.
