Summary
City of Baltimore is seeking a Deputy Chief of Support Services - Operations Officer V to oversee and direct day-to-day operations within the Fleet Management Division.
About the Role
In this role, you will ensure coordination across Fleet’s facilities, optimize team productivity, manage compliance with regulations, and lead special projects. You will also be responsible for developing procedures, conducting facility inspections, managing fuel systems, and supervising a team of supervisors and employees.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Ten (10) years of progressively-increasing responsibilities including four (4) years of supervisory experience.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications in relevant fields.
- Experience in fleet management or public administration.
